You'll find a warm welcome at our family run guest house, just a 5 minute walk from the historic city centre yet enjoying a quiet location, and offering a personal service that can only come from having just 6 comfortable bedrooms.

Our guest house is located just minutes away from the stunning beauty of York Minster and the city centre, yet is quietly located and offers a friendly, personal service. Four double, 1 twin and i family room are available to visitors, and we can offer the added benefit of a rigorous no-smoking policy throughout the property.

All our bedrooms have private or en suite facilities, colour TV and hospitality tray, and the ground floor bedroom has been designed with the needs of disabled visitors particularly in mind.

We're also proud of the full english breakfast we offer - the perfect start to any day, whether its' exploring the exciting city or savouring the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. We'll also happily cater for any specific dietary requests.

Despite the peaceful location, York train and bus stations are less than 2 miles away, and guests travelling by car can take advantage of ample free street parking. Registered guests have access to the property 24 hours a day, and arrivals can be taken until up to 9 pm.
