Our guest house can be found just moments away from the spectacular elegance of York Minster. That is more exactly 0.6 miles or about 10 minutes walk. To get there is no trouble. You come out of the front door and turn left onto Bootham Crescent. Turn left again to go into town along Bootham. Go through Bootham Bar one of the entrances to the city walls. As you meander along around the corner inside the walls there is the Minster right in front of you.

Even though we are this close to the centre this is in a quiet residential terraced street. We offer you a warm and friendly, personal service. On offer to you are four double, 1 twin and 1 family room. Also we can offer the additional advantage of a thorough no-smoking policy through the entire property.

All our bedrooms have private or en suite facilities, colour TV and hospitality tray, and the ground floor bedroom has been designed with the needs of disabled visitors particularly in mind.

We're also proud of the full English breakfast we offer - the perfect start to any day, whether its' exploring the exciting city or savouring the beautiful Yorkshire countryside. We'll also happily cater for any specific dietary requests.

Despite the peaceful location, York train and bus stations are less than 2 miles away, and guests travelling by car can take advantage of ample free street parking. Registered guests have access to the property 24 hours a day, and arrivals can be taken until up to 9 pm.
