We believe we offer the finest bed and breakfast accommodation in York, and invite you to put us to the test! Historic York centre is a 5 minute stroll away, and we're ideally located for visitors travelling by road, rail or bus. Our Bootham Guest House is as charming on the inside as it is on the outside. Your hosts will be Emma and Scott. We would love the chance to make you welcome at our Bootham B&B. Five of our seven bedrooms are en suite and all of them offer a scrupulously clean and comfortable home away from home to visitors on business or pleasure. We offer our guests the choice of single, double, twin or family bedrooms. All the rooms have central heating, colour TV and tea and coffee making facilities, and are beautifully decorated along with the extra touches that offer that little bit extra.

We're located in the heart of York, with the wealth of historic sites such as York Minster just a short walk away, and we also offer our guests the benefit of free parking.
