Rating of 4.0 out of 5 Unique ID (107916707) Good stuff: nice hot breakfats Bad stuff: the amount of water coming out from the shower room is so little, it takes quite a while to take a shower. Overall: Will be nice to have a small place to sit around when you have checked out and not yet the time to go to the railway station. |

Rating of 4.29 out of 5 Unique ID (3304446441) Good stuff: Freindly and efficient staff availible to help at any time.Access keys to front door for late entry. Not at all hurried on check-out times. Bad stuff: Nothing - very much home from home Overall: I found the hotel to be very much like my own home. No access problems. Come and go as you please. Excellent service from the staff and the breakfasts were very very good. I would have no hesitation in staying there again and would certainly recomend it to friends. |

Rating of 4.43 out of 5 Unique ID (2063627) Bad stuff: A little more choice with the breakfasts - other types of juices, for example. Overall: The staff couldn't have been nicer and the location was ideal. The rooms were small but lovely. |

Rating of 4.0 out of 5 Unique ID (2293853) Good stuff: Friendly atmosphere. Newly furnished. On street parking permit organised for us. Bad stuff: No shaver socket for rechargeable shaver and toothbrush. An adapter could be provided. I bought one for £1.60 from Argos. We love fresh tomatoes for a cooked breakfast and hate tinned. We were aware of the high cost of eating out in York so this was no surprise. I would recommend an A4 loose leaf file with alphabetically ordered pages. Visitors could then list establishments visited and make comments to help others. Overall: Good places to eat. Michael's Brasserie, Cafe Rouge, Thida Thai Cuisine and Rustique's were very good. Costs for dinner for two with a bottle of wine at a good establishment costs £45-£60. You want to make sure you choose well. |
