This great quality establishment has people returning year after year. You are a welcome guest when you stay with us. Located within a short walk of York city centre.

The excellent quality York B&B is run by the owners who are very friendly and welcoming to all guests. We have been living here for some years and thus our local knowledge will be of great use to you as a visitor. We are very happy to share that knowledge with you.

Bedrooms here are comfortable and very clean. We run our guest house thinking of how we would want it to be when we go away. Nothing is left to chance. We are very proud of the splendid Victorian house which we offer you.

The breakfast here will be a filling well cooked affair to set you up for the day. A good English breakfast made specially for you is served with a smile. Previous guests have called it "The perfect way to start the day." and also commented "Now thats what I call a great breakfast. Thanks. It was so filling!" We aim to please and we think that if you start the day great, the rest of it will be to.

Located within 500m of York City Walls will out you in the Groves area of York on Haxby Road. This is well placed for a short walk into town, York Minster and all the attractions the city centre has to offer are just a few minutes further walk. Additionally we are very close to York District Hospital for those visiting loved ones.

We are also well located for local amenities and restaurants. The local shops stock most of what you could want on a short stay. The local takeaways, cafes and restaurants will keep you well fed with a good meal each night. Our neighbourhood is your neighbourhood during your stay. Just ask and we will tell you which ones we think are the best.
