Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: the reason for the poor ratings in parts of this questionnaire was that i rang in to move the booking from a aturday to a Fri only to discover when i arrived that we were still booked in for the saturday. Luckily there were rooms availbale but that was a very poor service.
