Good stuff: Lovely clean room and very helpful courteous staff.

Bad stuff: The breakfast was very disappointing and far too expensive. The cooked breakfast was very small and there was very little choice for the continental breakfast.

Good stuff: THE ACCOMODATION WAS EXCELLENT IT WAS CLEAN JUST WAHT YOU EXPECT WHEN STAYING IN A HOTEL

Bad stuff: NOTHING

Overall: THE HOTEL WAS SUPERB IT WAS SITUATED JUST OUTSIDE THE CENTRE OF YORK ABOUT A 10 MINUTES WALK TO THE CENRE . THE HOTEL WAS EXCELLENT COULD NOT FAULT IT THE STAFF WERE ALL POLITE AND HEPFUL COULD NOT DO ENOUGH FOR YOU . THE ROOM WAS SPOTLESS AND WAS COMFY . THE LEISURE FACILITIES WERE ALSO EXCELLENT .
