Staying here puts you about 7 minutes walk from the Southwestern entrance to the city walls, Micklegate Bar. As you pass down the road toward and along Micklegate itself, you pass by a number of wonderful restaurants, lively bars and traditional city pubs. So if you are looking to enjoy the nightlife as well as the historic attractions this is the right place.

Rooms here are very well soundproofed offering you a good quiet nights sleep. There are some on offer at the back of the hotel overlooking the gardens which you can request on the booking form. They are also of a good size allowing you enough room to move about, feel comfortable and stow luggage with ease.

A great stay here can be made into a fabulous one to remember with the addition of some treatments in the spa facilities. Have a lovely massage and make yourself feel and look wonderful.
