Rooms here are large and the beds are extremely luscious. Nicely situated in a residential area just out of the city. Room here are kept very clean, we very much pride ourselves on that aspect.

Most of our rooms are larger than you might expect in a small hotel like this. But, we have designed them with you in mind have no fear. The rooms are adorned in warming but not overbearing colours. The beds are covered with lovely patterned linen which fives each room a unique feel. All other furniture is stylish giving you an ambiance you will remember.

We are located in a residential area of the city called Fishergate. This is a short walk from York Walls which are approximately 500 yards or a 5 minute walk away. Just through the walls and you will be into the city centre.

You will find there are a number of other notable locations within a short walk of us. First there is Clifford's Tower, which is the keep of York Castle and also the Castle Museum is 10 minutes walk from our front door. Also there is The York Dungeon and the Grand Opera House for theatre lovers which are both about 15 minutes walk in total. So staying here means you are very close to attractions and entertainment in York.

You will be taking advantage of our many years of experience being a temporary home staying here. That knowledge mean we are able to give you things that we know you want.

The first things is of course a clean room. We make absolutely sure that you room is as clean as possible. We would expect any where we stay to be like this and we think you should as well. So it is very clean.

The next is comfortable surroundings and above all a comfortable bed. This is what are aiming for with our interior design. We want you to feel comfortable in bed and also elsewhere in the building.

The last and by no means least is we know you want a reasonable priced room. There we defiantly understand and go out of our way to provide you with the best quality and the best price. We off you value in York and that is not sop easy to find in the modern world.
