A super location in the middle of town literally across the road from Harrogate International Conference Centre. Rooms here are of good quality and a reasonably sized for the low cost. Breakfast here is one you will remember as it is a delight. Staff here aim to please and will do everything they can to ensure your stay is absolutely fabulous.

Our situation in the centre of town could not be better for you as a visitor. Firstly the HICC is a minute or 2 walk from us. Secondly the shopping in the centre and Victoria Shopping Centre is only 5 minutes walk and less. This also means its only 5 minutes walk to the train station which is next door to the shopping centre. Lastly restaurants surround us. They start just 2 minutes away and there are many many to choose from in a short walk.

Yorkshire is renown for is value places to stay. This is absolutely one of those fabulous places. Right in the centre like this you would expect to pay a lot more. Not here. We charge you very fairly and we give you as much as we can in attention to detail.
Start your day right with one of our wonderful breakfasts. Usually they come served with a smile too. A good plate of well cooked food to order. What a great way to set yourself up for a day exploring the historic gateway to the Dales.

Staff here are renown for their friendly helpful attitude. Nothing will be too much trouble if you ask. We are very able to give some experienced advice on the many restaurants in the town. We eat out too and are happy to tell you where is good value, where is really good quality and where to avoid too. From a simple subway sarnie to the top quality service and food we can show you the way.
