Good stuff: Easy access to Harrogate town centre. Good parking.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: A good central hotel with very comfortable accomodation and a good restaurant at a very reasonable price.

Good stuff: Very comfortable.

Bad stuff: Servicing of room lacked attention to detail, ie 2 cups but one saucer. No grab rail or anti-slip mat in bath when using shower.

Good stuff: Cleanliness, Locality ie. close to all local facilities. The Breakfast was Excellent

Bad stuff: Nothing significant

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Overall My wife and I enjoyed our stay, The staff were very helpful and Polite. We would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.

Good stuff: Central location, comfortable, good breakfast, free parking.

Bad stuff: Signage in the corridors could be better - we got lost finding our way from our room to Reception using the stairs. A rear entrance is needed to give direct access to the car park.

Overall + Stuff we would like to have known: Central location close to conference centre and beyond that, the town centre shops. I was surprised that residents were charged extra for wireless Internet access (using own laptop).
