This is a classic 19th - 20th century purpose built village pub with rooms. Located in three suburb of Fulford, 1.6 miles (12 minutes on the bus) from the York city centre. Please note this is not a bed and breakfast.

This is a classical inn / pub with rooms. It is well used by the local community. There is a good local friendly atmosphere, with good ales, nice wine and good company available too.

Your rooms here are first and foremost clean and good value. This is not the Ritz, it is an inn. The rooms reflect that. Some rooms do have shared facilities which keeps the prices the come to you at very reasonable indeed. They are cleaned on a daily basis.

The Saddle Inn public house is located in the village suburb of Fulford in York. Approximately 1.6 miles South of the city, you can easily get into the centre via buses that run from outside. It will take you about 12 minutes to complete your journey. We are also well positioned for visiting the University. Heslington is the next village / suburb over from us. It will take you about 20 minutes to walk onto campus from here.
