Your rooms here when you stay are kept very clean indeed by your friendly hosts and staff. All rooms are of a good size as are the beds within. All Rooms have a window as you would expect. They are decorated in light colours so as to reflect as much daylight as is possible. There is basic side table drawer storage and some rooms have a table and desk as well. Basically this is a comfortable bedroom where you will get a great nights sleep on your weekend or week long stay in York. We know you will enjoy it.

Finding this lovely guest house is simple. All you have to do is go into the city from the outer ring road along the A19 or Shipton Road. Watch out for Northholme Drive on your left just under 1 mile from where you turn onto Shipton Road to find us on the corner of these 2 roads.

We have good access to the city centre on foot (about 30 minutes walk). Also regular buses (about 10 minutes) take you to Exhibition Square where the Art Gallery stands.
