Good stuff: Central location, excellent service and mannor of the staff, nice rooms

Bad stuff: Long checkout queue, no clocks in the rooms, lack of individual choice on the breakfast menu (we would have like to have seen a vegetarian full english breakfast on the menu).

Overall: really enjoyed our time in York, its a beautiful city
