This splendid Victorian building was originally a coaching inn in the centre of Harrogate. Located within easy reach of both the train station and the International Centre we are the perfect place to stop for that lovely weekend break.

We are one best value for money establishments in the city. We also are the perfect hosts. 2 places to dine and enjoy a relaxing coffee or other beverage both of which we are sure you will find charming. Our staff are professionals who will be only too glad to help you with all of your needs when you stay with us. Being right across the road from the tourist information centre is a help to many visitors as well.
When you are here and the weather is right why not have a pleasant stroll in the valley gardens just across the road. Take some time to relax there before or after that shopping you want to do all of which is right on your doorstep.

Good stuff: fantastic breakfasts!

Bad stuff: unavailability of hot drinks and food (apart from b'fast) within hotel itself - 'The Place' was rather pricey and not really with the hotel ambience

Overall: almost home from home

Good stuff: Room was clean with plenty of space. Breakfast was well presented and lots of room so no pressure on tables if you wanted to enjoy that extra coffee.

Bad stuff: Bed was a bit soft and internet access a bit expensive

Overall: Very enjoyable.
