Rating of 3.86 out of 5 Unique ID (1777034) Good stuff: Proximity to York city centre, comfortable room Bad stuff: Bathroom could have been a little bigger Overall: Would liked to have known about size of bathroom, more details about parking |
Rating of 3.29 out of 5 Unique ID (99028456) Good stuff: Pleasant location with easy access to very historic city. Bad stuff: The shower was hard to control; breakfast time limited to a short window (8:30 to 9:15 a.m.); check-in not possible between noon & 4 p.m.; check-out time not posted but was earlier than we expected. |
Rating of 2.71 out of 5 Unique ID (99780032) Good stuff: The room was clean and had a big window. The breakfast was good. Bad stuff: The bed and pillows were horribly uncomfortable. The entire property was small and clostraphobic. Not much service to speak of. Overall: I would have liked to know that I would be lugging my luggage up 2 flights of stairs that the whole property consisted of 4 bedrooms and a dinning room. There was no lounge to relax in. The room had a 4 poster bed that dominated the entire room and a tiny tv sat at the end on a dresser but the poster ran down the middle of it and made it almost impossible to watch tv in any kind of posiiton from the bed. |
