We are very well placed and easy to find from the railway station. We are also well palced for shopping and sightseeing.

To get to us after arriving by train follow the directions here. It should take you about 10 minutes to walk. Come out of the railway station main exit and turn right onto Station Parade (A61) passing by the Victoria Shopping Centre on your right. Continue along here until you have gone right passed the bus station on your left and then turn / veer left onto Cheltenham Parade. At the top of this road you will see the imposing Royal Hall rise up in front of you. Veer left and follow this building and the road around passing the Hall by on your right. At the junction continue to follow the Hall around by turning right onto Ripon Road. Carry on up here for 150 yards or so and turn left into Swan Road. We are just up here on your left you cannot miss the signs to the front door.

Super surrounding countryside and a short walk to the centre where you will find every kind of shopping delight on offer - beautiful boutiques, gorgeous jewellers and all the accessories you could imagine. Arts, antiques, crafts, book stores, wine and beer specialists and fine foods. Fairs and Festivals celebrating the Yorkshire Dales and Flowers will delight you with their colours, aromas and displays.

Museums worthy of a visit are the Royal Pump House and Mercer Art Gallery celebrating culture, history and the art world.

Feeling a little more energetic then why not head up to Brimhall Rocks where you can conquer the dramatic rock formations and enjoy the moorlands. How Steam Gorge is the land of caves and forests.

Parks and gardens where you can stroll and while away a few hours include The Stray with 200 acres of woodland walks, Montpellier Gardens which entwine with the central shopping area and Valley Gardens where you will find golf and tennis.
