An elegant Edwardian residence, sympathetically restored to give the greatest standards of ease and comfort. The magnificent city of York is simply a short walk down the road.Thus we are ideally situated for those people who would like immediate access to major attractions and also have the fabulous Yorkshire countryside close by.
With just 5 bedrooms available, you can expect a highly personalised degree of service. We pride ourselves on delivering the extra touches that delight our customers and keep them coming back. There's a free car park, express check out and left luggage facility, and we pride ourselves on being very focused on the needs of our younger guests.
Each bedroom has its own individual style. The Hollies is designed for small families, with double single and foldaway beds. We also offer you double and single bed rooms located at the back of the property, for extra peace and quiet. We have other rooms both with plenty of space and comfortable double beds. Finally we offer our classic room with an elegant four poster bed, for those romantic breaks.
Every bedroom has a unique character, but all provide the same high standard of accommodation. They are all en suite, with colour TV, radio, tea and coffee facilities, and hair dryers.
Our location is a super one. The old village of Fulford is on the A19. It is now a lovely suburb of the city. This placement provides a good amount of peace and quiet. From here you get great access to the city centre on the buses that run from just outside. Also staying with us puts the wonderful sights and sounds of York city centre just a 10 minute walk away down the delightful riverside promenade.
