Rating of 3.43 out of 5 Unique ID (2766830) Good stuff: The size of the room was excellent. The shower worked well. We were guests at the Saturday wedding party and were reasonably impressed by the facilities provided. Bad stuff: Complimentary biscuits could be provided. Refreshment prices could be improved. Overall: More detail could be given to the cleaning of the room. Only the bits that are seen had been cleaned. There were three huge dead spiders on the floor, one between the bed and the bed side unit and two against the skirting boards. Behind the cushions of the sofa were, frankly, filthy. Around the window openings were in need of a good clean too. If the cleanliness of the room had been better then my overall rating of the hotel would have been better. |
