We are well located very close to the Grade II listed Royal Hall theatre. This historic building is just over 100 metres from us to the South. A little further on and you will reach Parliament Street where the middle of town really begins. All of the shops and wonderful restaurants around here will leave you reaching for your cards and then relaxing for a fine meal all within a few steps of each other.

This small family run establishment has had many of its original Victorian features kept in tact. One of these that many have commented on is the lovely veranda. Here on a warm summer evening after you have ordered your Pimms and lemonade at the bar, you can just sit back and totally relax. Another period feature is the amazing drawing room. In hear on an evening during the cold months you will get to luxuriate in front of the delightful open fire. A bit of true elegance worth writing home about that you will remember.

All of the rooms are large. They have great big bay windows in them along with very elevated ceilings. The rooms are well heated during the colder months to keep you pleasantly warm. All the large beds have enough firmness and yet enough luxurious comfort to allow you to get a splendid nights sleep. They are decorated with care and charm to give you a carefully thought out homely feel to them.
