We offer a small and intimate hotel of just 7 bedrooms and have been delighting our guests since 1992. We're located in a charming residential area of York and our efforts have secured from English Tourism Council, a Silver Award.

Our hotel is located in one of York's charming residential areas, Fulford. We are easily accessible off the A19, and a short taxi ride for guests arriving by bus or train. The historic delights of York are also within easy reach either via a relaxing walk down the nearby river Ouse, a short ride on the requent buses, or a short taxi drive for those who want to get there real quick.

All but one of our 7 bedrooms have en suite facilities; the family bedroom has a private bathroom. However, all bedrooms are comfortably furnished, and offer colour TV, direct dial telephone, trouser press, hairdryer and tea and coffee facilities

We can also offer private parking and are happy to look after guests' vehicles whilst they enjoy the sights.

We can offer you a full English breakfast and after a busy day exploring you'll find the residents' lounge with its private bar the perfect place to unwind.
