We offer you extremely good value rooms. They come to you at very low prices. However they are not low quality.
This award winning establishment has a reputation for clean. Everything you see and touch will be spick and span. The gleam from the taps is a bit dazzling in fact. They are also extremely comfortable and quite spacious for a guest house. They are decorated to be pleasing to the eye and the low prices are pleasing to everyone.
We are clean but not only in the rooms. Our kitchen is also spotless. It produces some very good food indeed. You get a breakfast here that is more than fine, its excellent.
So you get a low price on a clean room with a great breakfast here. What more is there?
Well you will also get a super location. It will take you about 8 minute to walk into the city walls. Bootham Bar, the Northwest most entrance to the city is just 700 yards away. It is so easy to find as well.
To find Bootham Bar from our front door go out onto Bootham Crescent and turn left. Walk about 150 yards and turn left onto Bootham itself. Walk strait up Bootham for 300 yards and you will see Bootham Bar get bigger as you arrive. Just through the walls you will also find York Minster! What a fabulous place for you to choose!

Bad stuff: breakfast choice and ingrediants used for example the variety of coffee, butter, marmalade, orange juice and jam that were used. It would have been nice for more fresh fruit.
