We are well located for you, in a quiet residential area about 1/2 a mile from York Minster. The city centre is a short distance further being about 15 minutes walk from us. The local area is very quiet without much traffic by day and night. So you are sure to get a good nights sleep with us.

Available rooms here are a reasonable size and very good value. They are well decorated and some have classic Victorian bay windows. Your bathroom will be up to date and kept very clean.

We want you to feel at home when you stay with us. The only way a small family run guest house can do that is by being better than what we would expect when we go away for a weekend.
